Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

• Your product was damaged in transit

• You received the wrong item(s)

• Your package never arrived (confirmed by tracking)

Refunds are not issued for reasons including:

• Change of mind

• Flavor preference

• Delay caused by the shipping carrier after it’s left our facility

How Refunds Are Processed

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
