All products sold on our site are plant-based performance beverages. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or change pricing without notice due to demand, inventory, or system error.

By subscribing to a recurring plan (e.g., Monthly Fuel ), you agree to recurring billing until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your account or by emailing us at  info@energyyoucontrol.com

Shipping time is 2–5 business days after a 1–3 day processing period. Full shipping terms can be found on our [Shipping Policy] page.

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our drinks. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for damaged or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our [Refund Policy] for more details.

All product names, logos, bottle designs, images, and written content are property of Energy You Control™. They may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Energy You Control™ is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, allergies, or failure to follow consumption/storage directions. Always consult a healthcare provider if you’re unsure whether our products are right for you.
